Put yourself in your customers’ shoes.
A good way to evaluate your brand is to step back and try to think like an outsider – a potential new customer who has had no previous contact with your company. Brainstorm on what your logo might say to someone who has never seen it. Go to your website and try to see how easy it would be to navigate for a newcomer. Look at your advertisements and see what overall goal they are all promoting. Call yourself and see what image your company gives off over the phone. If you are too involved to do all of these things yourself, enlist some help. Having a strong brand identity and knowing how it impacts your customers will create more sales for your company.
